mail it or fax it along with your order and payment .
- If you are paying by credit card,
and the address that you listed is different than the address
where your credit card statement is sent, you MUST
list the Billing Address and
the Billing Phone Number in the "Billing
Address" . in order for us to process the charge. This is
to assist us in our efforts to combat credit card fraud over
the internet.
- Please be advised, that if
you use a stolen credit card to make, or even attempt a purchase,
your information will be forwarded to the US Secret Service.

if you would like us to contact you by phone to obtain credit
card information. Be sure that you have properly filled in the
phone number field .

Orders Outside the USA Must Be Prepaid
- Sorry, but no credit cards can be accepted
as payment. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but our bank will not allow charges to be taken
from anywhere that is unprotected by the FDIC. An alternative
payment method would be to go to your local bank with your charge
card and get a cash advance. You
then get an International Money Order and mail it to our address.
You can also use American Express Travelers Checks or send cash
if you wrap it properly. I do not recomend this, but it does
work. You also have the option of sending a bank check, but there
is an additional $15.00 charge that you must add to your total.
This charge is added by our bank, we are just passing it on.

- Shipping Information
- Obtaining your merchandise is just
as simple. We ship worldwide and will send orders, Federal Express, UPS or by U.S. Mail to the
United States or Internationally.
- Most orders are shipped with in 2 to
4 days. All orders shipped within the continental US will be
by US Priority Mail or UPS. Ground Overnight, 2nd day , and 3
days select, deliveries are also available, Email us for these charges. All orders outside the
US have to be handled on a case by case basis. This is because
of various governments and customs regulations worldwide. There
will be a $5.00 sir-charge on all foreign orders for the customs
paper work involved. All orders outside the US will also be charged
additional shipping charges. If you live outside the US and you
place an order, we will email you with the additional shipping
charges.
- A note for international buyers
: Customs
rules, clearance and any expropriation actions in your countries
are your responsibility.
Return Policy
- Our return policy is simple. If an item arrives that is not
what you expected, you can return it within 30 days. There
will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned merchandise.
- (The refund will not include shipping charges). To return
an item, send e-mail to return@deltacollections.com
to receive a Return Authorization (RAN) number for return. You
will be responsible for shipping back the unwanted item. The
item must be returned in the condition it was received and in
its original packaging.
- This will insure prompt credit to your account.
- If an item is damaged or shipped to you in error you can
send e-mail to return@deltacollections.com
to receive a Return Authorization (RMA) number for return, or
call us for it. We will have the product picked up at our expense.
Once processed you will be sent a replacement product or given
a full refund. The choice will be yours.

- Finally, having no control over the use of any product
once in the buyer's possession, we assume no liability associated
with their use. Under no circumstance is Delta collections Inc.
liable for any loss, cost or damage, of any kind arising out
of the use or inability to use, these products, or the suitability
